As a staff you will encounter difficulties, mostly in a risk situations. Sometimes from refugees/IDPs themselves. Sometimes from the government local authorities. Sometimes local staff maybe forgotten no matter whatever sucrifice the do, why because management are changed evertime and e-pads are not considered
