Pros

Mission driven organization filled with employees who are extremely passionate about contributing to the vision of having a world without refugees. Very thoughtful leadership team that focuses on transformative and sustainable change. Clear internal strategy that is being executed very efficiently. Awesome company culture with a healthy work/life balance. Best in class benefits that include great medical/dental/vision conversation. Very generous leave policies that include 3-5 weeks of vacation, 13 paid holidays, 1 week of paid volunteer leave, and 1 month of paid sabbatical leave after 5 years of service...and much much more.

Cons

There are no cons for me at this time.
