Pros

Flexible schedule, weekly payments.

Cons

Unethical working style of employees in order to meet targets are often ignored by supervisors. The organisation charges 80 dollars as bond for the uniform however it often doesn’t pay it back to employees after they leave work.

Pros

The most noble thing one can do and devote his/her time, intellect, energy , youth is to feel and know that one's work is for and on behalf of all humanity. The idea of working for planet Earth was a daily inspiration for me.

Cons

At times, it is highly political. promotion and postings system is seriously flawed
