Pros

I think UNHCR doing such good and great job in support the vulnerable people worldwide, I w’d Love to go back and resume work with UNHCR . It’s represent the values and concepts of the amazing humanitarian work.

Cons

The huge load of work which is affecting life balance and the performance of the employees . Alongside the type of the TA contracts which is distressed the staff in the field.
