Pros

UNHCR is a humanitaraian organization that is out to care for the needy. This has always been my aim to care for the needy. This motivated me to apply with them. More to that their workers are given fair treatment and remuneration is always prompt. lastly morals, integrity and respect of each other is at the heart of their organization.

Cons

The only disadvantages of working with them is that there is too much pressure for work and most of their working sites are in the country site. This greatly reduces family contact.
