Pros

people are laid back, the work involves a lot of up to date research which is challenging in a good way.

Cons

people you research and interview about are refugees so after a while the work itself may cause secondary trauma.

Pros

Working for a humanitarian organisation

Bullying behaviour tolerated by managers. External Relations and Private Sector Fundraising being probably the worst departments to work for.
