Pros

While the actual effectiveness of the agency in my particular location was extremely debatable, the people were very professional and tried to do their best.

Cons

Everything HR-related: from informing about the interview outcome (via telephone call) onboarding (which is virtually non-existent, at least in my location) to separation from service (part of the salary is withheld and it can take many months to receive the remaining amount, lack of communication from HQ about timelines).
