Global, fast paced, premier international development agency, high level government interactions, opportunities for growth, advancement, and job site mobility, excellent benefits packages for staff members

Cons

Nearly impossible to get in. Suggest doing an internship first.

Pros

Great experience, diverse tasks that you have to handle, intense and interesting projects

Cons

Very low salary, absolutely uncompetitive in comparison with other international organizations, especially if you work at the project. Lots of responsibilities, you don't have a strong limitations of your role, but have to catch up with everything, that appears. High level of bureaucracy - too many reports, and unnecessary paper work
