      It's a boring job that pays poorly, but it's on campus and pretty convenient scheduling wise.

      Pros

      Good Schedule for a student, because they work around your school schedule.

      Cons

      The pay is fairly lousy, and the manager is not the best. It's hard to make any money doing the work, and sometimes they are less than flexible about your work time. It's also just a lot of boring rote work and stuff like that, which isn't exactly the most fun or exciting work in the whole wide world. It's just so boring that the days really stretch out, and sometimes you will just have to leave early because there is no way you can possibly handle an extra 2 - 3 hours at the place. It's kind of iserable in that regard.

      Long term employment, easy, straight forward work

      Cons

      Not much room for advancement, some politics, horrible budget for the next two years, bonuses are rare, if you do not speak up you will stay in the same position for life
