Pros

One of the few places that still offers pension. Generous holiday and leave policy

Cons

No room for career advancement. Massive, horrible bureaucracy that makes it so no one knows what's going on. Managers lack empathy, and at times, human decency.

Pros

- Hard to think of a pro, other than the name

Cons

- Poor benefits for working in a University setting - Exceptionally poor training, management, onboarding - Toxic workplace environment - Focuses more on $ vs patient care - No one knows what they're doing across the board - Was repeatedly given wrong info instead of HR contact information
