Pros
It was great having the opportunity to work with top-notch researchers at such an established institution. I also appreciated the flexible schedule, ability to take courses, and the close proximity of the gym :).
Cons
The location - most of us didn't live near Westwood and the cost of parking a car on campus was extremely expensive. (However there are some good bus lines). The salary was also lower than what you'd expect for doing the same job elsewhere, but it was enough for me.
