Pros

The job is very easy; anyone can do it and it doesn't require much work. It's a good job for students because you're allowed to study or be on your laptop while working.

Cons

Long/late hours. After a while, staying up until 5am seriously messes with your sleep schedule. Most people burn out after a few months and quit so there's a high turnover rate.

Pros

Great benefits if you can last long enough to get them. Lovely working environment and campus. Great weather.

Cons

Inflexible. Very difficult to move up or around. Apathy of long-term employees. Working here might kill anyone's work ethic as it is a bureaucratic behemoth. Terrible commute times for staff because cost of living in area is unaffordable to anyone other than the super rich. Extreme financial peaks and valleys exacerbated by poor management.
