Upper management is out of touch and tone deaf, with no tech skills. Universally hated my everyone who isn't new or a chronic brown noser. Directorships are populated by lackeys from their previous tenure at USC.
A "new org" was created requiring everyone to apply for new jobs or get fired. Many people got pay cuts for taking jobs with more responsibilities. They are gonna do it again and fire a ton of people in trying to smash all 40-something IT groups together.
Massive waste, projects will spend hundreds of millions then have the plug pulled with nothing to show for it

Zero culture
Most long time (pre 2013) staff are just waiting for their pension to max out to bail
