      Pros

      Great golf outings. Nice parties. Can be a fun, team-oriented atmosphere. Most of the employees are good people.

      Cons

      Despite improvements over the last decade, it's still a boys' club. Bad employees get passed along because nobody has the guts to cut them loose. HR is just a tool of The Man.

      Decent compensation. Some really bright people.

      Cons

      "Drink the kool-aid". If you were not raised through the Turner system, you are really never accepted. There are clearly two sets of rules. The ones for the Turner Boys and the rules for the rest of everyone else. They rule by being Big Bullies...... They're style gets real old real quick. Woman, are merely tokens and quotas. Usually promoted to meet metrics. It is an exhausting place to be......

      Will give you as much responsibility as you can handle. Great learning curve Mostly good managers

      Cons

      Long hours You can be very easily thrust in over your head You have to be your own advocate and boast yourself to be noticed SPD comes with minimal supervision and sometimes support from the home office
