      Cons

      Corporate spends too much time and money on idealistic nothings. Lots of lip service regarding work life balance, mental health well being, etc, then have you working 60 hour weeks. Taking sick days/time off is encouraged with a cheerful smile by corporate, but is heavily looked down on by management.
