The only pro I can think of is that the checks clear.

Cons

The hardest job you have ever done. You are the frog being slowly boiled. You know something is wrong, but can't quite pinpoint what. When you leave, you realize how little support you got from anywhere.

You will stay busy. There are many workers who have been in this industry for 10-20+ years who have a wealth of knowledge. They are open to change.

Cons

Change comes slow, and you have to set your own boundaries. Hierarchical structure (depending on who/where you work)
