Fair hours. Well respected name in the industrial field. Very big priority is keeping the employees safe. Efficicient work pace.

Cons

No pay advancement or career opportunities. No raise in +2 years, in 4 years only received $1.38 in wage increase.

Casual environment & Casual Dress Code. That is it.

Cons

Managers with out proper education (no degree, poor communication skills), Low level of professionalism, H.R department lacks up to date processes. Conflict of interests due to several employees being related in different departments and also hiring their own family members.
