Pros

Small company feel, so everyone knows everyone. Direct manager/supervisor is nice and willing to help you.

Cons

Tech direction moves to using niche technology. This leaves people no room to growth unless you are fine staying in the company for the rest of your life and are sure that you are not fired during bad economic. Some ideas were shot down due to tech constraint. CEO and owner's directions are sometime questionable. Pay increase is small.
