Casual environment & Casual Dress Code. That is it.

Cons

Managers with out proper education (no degree, poor communication skills), Low level of professionalism, H.R department lacks up to date processes. Conflict of interests due to several employees being related in different departments and also hiring their own family members.

Cons

The boss will constantly be on vacation or working from home. He will not train you. He will then reprimand you for not learning the job fast enough.
