Large dynamic organsation and scope, has a lot of excicting agendas and projects.

Cons

Lack of accountability (owenership) and vision in how the senior management team want the company to develop, politics and egos can be difficult to navigate.

Cons

Promotion is only achievable through political game play. In spite of them insisting that their policies are fair, there is a twisted culture that promotes members of the "TFL Masons", and if you don't know the secret handshake, you're stuffed! Senior managers are old school and most of them belong in a museum.
