      Pros

      Amazing team members, line managers are usually great when you're at the lower level job role. Work life balance is also great at the lower levels (not sure about how it is once you move up the ladder). Great benefits if you live in London.

      Cons

      HR is a nightmare to deal with, especially during the application process but also if you need them at any other point in the role. Cut backs on benefits /rewards for performance as much as possible due to not having as much income "as they used to". Benefits aren't as useful if you live outside of London.
