Good company benefits like pension, free travel in London, 75% taxable discount on rail tickets, healthcare. flexible working.

Cons

New entrants given almost the same salary as people with 20+ years behind them, which is disrespectful and demoralising to a large proportion of staff. Pay rises are often below inflation.
