Great entry level role into TfL, great benefits, people easy to get on with, generally good teamwork If you want a role where you don't think about work at the end of the day, this is it Can be fun, can be what you make of it

Cons

Base TfL salary, should be better but that's an issue for TfL and the unions to hash out Terrible communication Managers hampered by limited resources Can feel very isolated from the rest of TfL
