      Pros

      - Generally great atmosphere, they are really trying - Supportive, open, encourage employee development, you can actually learn something here :) - They gave me option to change team and postition 2 times when I wanted to - Every TL and PM on you way is amazing and doing a great job

      Cons

      - Not clear with the job responsibilities, - overflowing employees with many projects at once - No much benefits, no bonuses, no gifts, no raises - 2 years on same lowest salary. As far as I know it wasn't only my issue - Quantity over quality

      Pros

      Largest global LSP so the name goes a long way in terms of prospecting — majority of people are familiar with the company.

      Cons

      Compensation structuring is like a pyramid scheme. It’s almost as if the more you work the less you get paid for it. Company culture has spiraled. “Burn and churn” when it comes to employees. Benefits are extremely weak (bare minimum). Management leads with a stick rather than a carrot.
