      Good while it lasts

      Pros

      You can increase your salary quickly in the sales team They do have good sales conferences that are fun There are a lot of offices so you can move around if you want

      Cons

      No work life balance - good luck going on vacation and not having people call you to ask about things Even when the company hits it's goals it doesn't mean you'll get a bonus at the end of the year Management is very inexperienced at actually managing Huge pyramid scheme - people at the top are and will always be convinced they're the reason the earth revolves and they'll always be taking a huge chunk of your earnings and effort...

      Pros

      Equal oppotunity: hard work is rewarded, but anything less will lead to frustration and comments as seen in many of these reviews. Unsentimental, and focused only on results. Work here if you want a shot at something bigger. Don't work here if you want a 'job'.

      Cons

      The check and balance of competing interests is skewed to favor quick fixes and deliberate head in the sand behavior. Long term knowledge and expertise is not appropriately valued.
