Pros

Flexible schedule so long as work gets done; little micromanaging. Managers are supportive usually and colleagues in production are usually very smart and cooperative as in same boat (trying to help whenever possible owing to ridiculous deadlines and pressure for rapid turnarounds.)

Cons

Tight schedules, high workload, little ability to get promoted, low wage for hours worked, little management support, sales pressure to do more projects for less money and faster.

Pros

-Work with big name clients from many different industries. -Allowed to work independently very quickly and use own ingenuity to succeed. -Talented people are hired so you have great colleagues.

Cons

-No career advancement. -Management in Client Services is incompetent; always negative but rarely prepared or skilled enough to offer options for resolution or improvement. -No work/life balance. -Technology is sub-par and rushed out to Sales before complete QA is performed to verify viability. -Sales-driven organization in which Account Managers, Project Managers, and other Production folks are underpaid but expected to provide stellar services and deliverables.

Pros

Good company, friendly environment, flexibility to work from home if needed (but it is not recommended by the management).

Cons

Not many opportunities to grow. No matter how much you put in, work, time, effort etc., you barely get any appreciation, forget about monetary benefits. Quality Managers, in particular, have a slow pace for growth. In comparison to other companies, the salary is really low. You need to work for at least 60-70 hours per week, for which you get minimal payment. And after so many long hours, it is impossible to utilize your A;READY SAVED vacation, because 'that may affect the work flow".
