Pros

Young environment, casual dress, entry level positions. If you are looking for a job right out of college in the tough job market.. this is a good place to settle.

Cons

This company hires young workers who have no idea how they are supposed to be treated. They expect you to work for 9-10 hour days with no lunch break and almost zero team interaction. Do not work here, the term 'work/life balance" does not exist.

Pros

- Great team culture - Relative lack of politics in the workplace - Hard work recognized and rewarded - Great location - Travel opportunities, visting other offices in other countries encouraged - Stable profitable company, never had lay offs in my group or floor in the time I've been here

Cons

- Long Hours, but not always - Murray Hill - Can be a stressful environment at times, especially with rush projects

Pros

I've received numerous promotions in a short period of time, I've gotten to travel (both of these things are very uncommon for production), and I really enjoy working with linguists. I'm good at what I do here, and it will help me get another job where I'm paid and valued more

Cons

Very low pay with no raises; unpaid overtime (and an expectation that you work overtime); and as a result of these things, high turnover--including firings, people suddenly quitting and people constantly applying for new jobs--which, in turn, makes the other people in production have to work harder in order to make up for the constant loss of employees; in general, morale is very, very low because of how little this company invests in good employees.
