      Pros

      TransPerfect is the perfect mix of a well-established company and a start-up atmosphere. There are of course set tracks, but you don't have to follow them if you're not happy for any reason. Because the company is rapidly growing, innovation and leadership from below are encouraged. In my past year I've been given more responsibility, opportunity, and compensation than I though was possible.

      Cons

      The translation industry can be tough to differentiate yourself within - selling technology at Transperfect is where it's at.

      Pros

      I work with great people and everyone is always very helpful, you're definitely part of a team here. The location is also pretty nice!

      Cons

      The pay is not that great, also the shift schedule can definitely be stressful at times. Additionally, while the location is nice the building I'd not.
