      Pros

      Good people bonding together through a bad experience, but that's just human nature. A forced second class culture that comes up with great gags about the overseers 3 Park is The Slaveship. Wish I had made that up rather than learned it.

      Cons

      Over worked, under paid, bullied, super high turnover, pyramid scam for Sr. management and lifers who got in before 2005 - 6.

      Pros

      After 2-and-half years working as Project Manager at TransPerfect, I am still amazed by all the unique challenges that await every day, working alongside the biggest-named clients. The atmosphere is a balanced blend of strong training/support from the senior coworkers, and a competitive spirit between individuals, teams, and entire departments, creating a great environment for anyone who loves challenges. With the rapid expansion of the company, there is no shortage of room for growth and career advancement, into either a Senior Project Management role, working with VIP clients, or into management roles. In short, TransPerfect is a GREAT place to work, and the opportunities for growth and rewards are simply too nice to pass up!

      Full accountability on the job also means occasional long hours.

      Great co-workers (intelligent/hard working) A true meritocracy-put in the effort and you will succeed Big global company w/ small company feel (if you want to see positive changes, upper-management is willing to hear you out)

      Stress can be high and hours can be long at times w/ large/urgent projects.
