Pros

I had a lot of downtime between phone calls to work on homework. The job was very easy.

Cons

The work environment is horrible. Several accounts of contracted workers not being paid at all. Empty promises of upcoming raises that never happened. Employees promised health insurance if full-time but never given it. Have no idea how the company decides who to pay what, because the most experience and hardest working employees were making considerably less than their less experienced counterparts. The management doesn't care about it's employees at all. Management would either be very underhanded and not tell you if there was something they wanted you to do differently and instead complain about it to everyone but you. Upper management know to curse and verbally berate employees. The schedule often came out at the last minute. Never had the same schedule. Management is not open to new ideas at all, even if they are extremely easy to implement. Even simple changes most go through upper, upper management who doesn't know how the company works on the ground level and is extremely reluctant to make any kind of change. This company will do anything it can to exploit and take advantage of it's employees.

Pros

At 23 you can be client facing, and by 24-1/2 you can be looked at as a Sr. person in your office. -That is, if you can make it for more than 1 year.

Cons

I've met amazing people here, but everyone leaves. Visit an office and you'll see an extremely young staff and a small handful of people above 26. -Official (minimum) office hours are 8:30am-6:30pm, use your laptop or cell to cover the other hours. -There is no work-life balance whatsoever. You are expected to answer emails at any time of the day/night/holiday/vacation. -You will hear or read the word "awesome" 30+ times a day. -You will be bombarded with emails and cc'd on 30 distribution lists where 5 people will reply all.

Pros

Great people - team oriented, hard-working, young /energetic, and proactive personnel.

Cons

Family of companies does not work as seamlessly as marketed. Company acquisitions can be improved with better integration of human resources, and beta-testing of new technologies. Division within local offices are highly compartmentalized and siloed off. Information sharing is difficult and direct network tunneling to other offices are not accessible. Company is experiencing a lot of infrastructural growing pains which should be more aggressively addressed.
