Pros

Great people to work with, fun to be around colleagues from so many countries. Good but very tough learning experience, Some fun times. If you survive successfuly here, you'll thrive anywhere else.

Cons

Not a con precisely but it's mindboggling how what could be a truly great working environment is trumped by their corporation's greed. It's all about making a billion dollars by 2020, that's the only thing that matters, it's probably the company's philosophy. The only philosophy. So everything is rushed, everyone is pushed to their limits in order to make that goal. When there is enough money to hire more people and enough time to extend deadlines, instead they push harder and harder. It's exhausting.

Pros

Young colleagues, convenient location, nice rec room (although no one has time to use it), entry-level and easy to get hired, good first job to learn from (super fast-paced environment). Not too hard to get promoted after 1 year review, if you can last that long. Good rewards for the top PMs

Cons

A ton of work and not enough people, many deadlines and details to pay attention to. One mistake can have quality repercussions. Low starting salary, no overtime. Disconnect between sales and productions (clients make revisions during a project, which we are then expected to accommodate. Some are reasonable, others are not, which puts more work in the project coordinators). A lot of things that we can't control, ie late linguists, mid-project client requests, quality of translations etc). Every day is super busy and unpredictable. Oftentimes barely have time to use the bathroom or go buy lunch. Expect to work an average of 10 straight hrs a day--taking lunch break is pretty rare. When I first read the other Glassdoor reviews, I thought "It can't be that bad!" -- it was that bad. I don't regret this as a first job, but definitely long term.

Pros

no personal growth, the supervisors and leads doesn't know nothing when you ask them for something. Everything is a mystery there.

Cons

They hire you saying you can grow in the company but isn't truth!! Is no Stability, you work with too much stress and not because of the kind of work they gave you, NO, the stress is because you don't know if they are gonna call you to the conference room to fire you at the end of the shift. They don't care if you have family to support, they don't care how far you live, they let you go work and at the end of your shift in front of everybody they call you and take you to the conference room and fire you, then they escort you to the front door like you been a thief. That's humiliating , embarrassing... No one deserve be treated like this and in front of everybody!!! they pay you 11.50 (day shift) and 12.42 (night shift) they also told you in the training that they are flexible if you to school and isn't true, because once you are working they told you they can't change your schedule.
