Pros
Employees are generally social, young people. Most are worth spending time with outside the office. If you are focused on a career in sales, can be extremely lucrative.
Cons
Hours are long 8-6:30 (I would be one of the first three into the office daily, but because I was one of the first to leave I took heat) and you are constantly rode by managers. I had three tasks: Building Excel Documents of prospective clients through Linkedin, sending snail mail to those clients (1000 letters per week), and calling/e-mailing those clients.
