Good Opportunities - A lot to learn

Pros

Good career progression opportunities with varying paths in a wide variety of areas. You can very much make your own future at TPT, as long as you have good vision and are bettering the company. Great people. Good bonuses.

Cons

This is not an easy job, you will be pushed at times, but this is needed to better yourself and further your career. If you have the motivation you can reap the rewards.

There is honestly no positives I can think of for this company. I'm only writing this down to meet the 20 word minimum.

Cons

-High employee turnover. Every year there is a batch of employees that leave. -Managers do not have your back. Most of them only care about your monthly revenue and how many projects you can complete. -Salary and Promotion is too structured. Promotion is usually on a yearly basis; employees with be promoted to a higher level after every year if their performance score is up to par. The performance score is calculated based on your monthly revenue, quality of work, etc. After the first year, as long as you pass ~60/100 points, you will be promoted. So if you killed yourself the first year for 100/100 and another employee barely made it with a 65/100, both of you will be promoted and receive the same salary base bump and bonus. -THERE IS NO OVERTIME PAY; THIS IS ALL SALARY. IF YOU WORK 12-14 HOURS A DAY AND RECEIVE SALARY, YOU WILL PROBABLY MAKE MORE AT MCDONALD'S. -Really bad working environment -Unprofessional managers.
