      Pros

      Best benefits I've ever had, great coworkers, good culture, thorough training, and career growth is encouraged

      Cons

      The training can be overwhelming at first, but they are really patient and don't rush you with it. The benefits are great, but the price for health insurance keeps going up, which sucks (that's the insurance company's fault though). Once you are qualified for bonuses, they give that to you separate from your usual paycheck, which means all the usual taxes and fees are deducted and you're left with a minimal bonus (you will get a good tax refund though).

      Pros

      Talented, fun coworkers. Good teamwork.

      Cons

      1. CEO/Manager don't want to invest a dime in employees' career development and training. 2. A lot of emphasis are placed on technology development and solutions, which is a good thing in itself. However, the technology solutions are designed without users in mind, whether they are client users or internal users. 3. When technology solutions don't work out as expected, project managers are always the ones to take the responsibility and "fix it" and "make it happen".

      Pros

      Good for getting project management experience for an entry-level employee. Offices all over the world and ability to transfer / work remotely if you've been with the company for a year or so.

      Cons

      Fast turnover (average 1 year before burn out). Bad management. No room to grow past promotion from Project Coordinator to Project Manager (same job responsibilities). Expected to work late hours or over weekend to make deadlines. Very little support. Quickly losing client and employees to better translation companies.
