Pros

Hire fresh college graduates. Comradery among coworkers.

Cons

No work like balance what so ever. Turn over is extremely high and they never have enough employees to meet the demand. Complete churn and burn environment where most people leave before they make it a full year. Also if you're not part of the right social circle there is little to none growth opportunity if you do manage to last beyond a year.

Pros

Everyone partys. HARD. That's the only reason. There is some travel at times. That's about it. Not many pros to share.

Cons

Everything. Production sucks. Linguistic quality sucks. Rates are too high. Deals and commissions are split so you barely make any commission. Sales goals are outrageous and unattainable.

Pros

Meet new people, make friends

Cons

The worst experience I ever had. During 9 months what I worked there I made 280 hours extra. Company compensates extra hours by free time, but the tricky thing that you have no time to use them as free days. Poor bonuses and salaries, no career opportunity, no life/work balance. Accept this job if you are desperate.
