It became really micro-managed, having to report for going to the bathroom etc. They would expect you to be on time, but force you to stay in a call even if it went for hours after your break/out time. Although, this was more of a upper-upper management thing, and the people themselves working in there were always really sweet.

-Low pay with no expectation of COLA. Phil Shawe needs more money, obviously. -No clear processes. -Managers prefer the illusion of work over actual results. Presence is more important than productivity. -Company tries to do so much that it's functionally impossible to describe the mission beyond "make money". It's not a translation company. It's an anything company. -More buzzwords than you can shake a stick at. -Benefits are atrocious. Worst I've seen at a company of this size.
