Pros

Good Work Life Balance and a good place for new grads to enter the workforce

Cons

Management does not care about the wellbeing or career development of their teams, there is zero transparency on increments, promotion cycles and even bonus payouts. The company needs to update processes and training delivery. A lot of senior management level folks do not know how to talk to customers or internal resources and often times the PMs/production teams end up juggling all the balls. Tools are outdated. There are people severely underpaid and some grossly overpaid. TransPerfect, listen to your employees and make it a safe work environment where they can report a manager’s misdemeanor and tactics if need be.

Absolutely Dreadful

Pros

- Flexibility of working hours. - Flexibility of working from home. - Most coworkers are nice.

Cons

Probably one of the worst companies to work for. RUN AWAY AS LONG AS YOU CAN!!! - Way too much overtime and stress. Employees are expected to work 10-12 hours regularly and sometimes on weekends. No work-life balance at all. - Insults, attacks, verbal abuses from sales and vendors are on daily basis. - The majority of the projects are impossible to manage. Too much workload, too little budget and too tight schedule. You will experience absolutely NO success in your work. - Production do not have the right to make plans, but the sales do. But if you can't complete the project based on the absurd project plans made by the sales, the responsibility will be on you. - The upper managers do not make any decisions. They will only give you "advices", and ask you to ask somebody else, and somebody else will again ask you to ask somebody else. Eventually, all responsibilities will be on your own shoulder. - You will get complaint tickets and even lawsuits from all around the world. The company relies heavily on individual freelancers, and because most of the projects will be failed, you can easily run out of budget to pay people. - Computers are mostly broken. Most software/tools are full of bugs and not useable. Lots of employees purchase their own software to work. It doesn't which department you are in. IT'S THE SAME ALL OVER THE COMPANY.

Pros

The pay was good. That’s all there is to it.

Cons

There were fights between coworkers — both on work-provided chat rooms and in person — every other day at one point. A group of people provoked an autistic person into getting fired by bullying them and calling that person ableist slurs. HR covered it up and STILL ALLOWED EVERYONE FROM THAT GROUP TO COME INTO WORK without giving them any disciplinary action. Management is also the most disorganized I have ever seen out of any company. What the leads will tell you is completely different from what upper management will tell you. Upper management will keep their lower management in the dark about so many important things. This company will also trick their employees into thinking their efforts at work matter, but in reality, they don’t care about them at all. They will let their employees go without any reason, and without any warning. This company does not care about you at all.
