      - Company teaches you everything from scratch.

      Cons

      - No work life balance - Overtime wages actually decrease by the hour - Forced to meet goals each day/week/month even if you communicate that you are overwhelmed - Overall energy of office is negative and tired.

      Great Entry-Level Jobs

      Pros

      Competitive entry level pay. Nice and welcoming co-workers. Communication is effortless, though sometimes secretive in nature due to the sensitivity of some work material.

      Cons

      The contracts that the company makes available to you are tentative and very precarious in nature, and so job security is always in question. Contract extensions are always possible but it will depend on the needs and assessments of the clients for whom you will be indirectly working.

      Nothing new to be said!

      Pros

      Good place to gain experience in the translation industry, especially if you are a newly graduate. Lots of training and learning resources (if you manage to understand how to navigate them), if you are lucky you will meet some very nice people.

      Cons

      Kindergarten atmosphere, lots of employees are newly graduates out of uni so they have no idea of a professional work environment. Senior employees are bossy, very few people seem interested in genuine human interaction. Not sure if this company represents the standard for the translation industry but hopefully there are some more humane companies out there.
