Pros

Great learning experience to start your career, which is what they're looking for anyway. As a project manager, you'll learn organizational, anticipatory, and vendor negotiation skills. Made some of my best friends here, we were in the trenches together.

Cons

Working hours were typically 9am-8pm on normal days. My busy days were 9am-12am. VP of Production was a bully, screamer and micromanager. Always wondered why he was so involved with the work of coordinators when he was at a VP level.

Pros

my team was very young, helpful and easy to talk to, opportunities to travel, casual workspace, insights into an interesting industry.

Cons

micromanagement by all levels of management, unclear and different messages given by different levels of management, forced to use private cell phone and laptop (+internet) for company work, inflexible work times, poor salary negotiation, very low base salary, unclear how to reach bonus payments (initial bonuses are actually a group effort), no adaptation to local market, huge amounts of cold calling, huge amounts of time spent printing/stuffing envelopes

Pros

no personal growth, the supervisors and leads doesn't know nothing when you ask them for something. Everything is a mystery there.

Cons

They hire you saying you can grow in the company but isn't truth!! Is no Stability, you work with too much stress and not because of the kind of work they gave you, NO, the stress is because you don't know if they are gonna call you to the conference room to fire you at the end of the shift. They don't care if you have family to support, they don't care how far you live, they let you go work and at the end of your shift in front of everybody they call you and take you to the conference room and fire you, then they escort you to the front door like you been a thief. That's humiliating , embarrassing... No one deserve be treated like this and in front of everybody!!! they pay you 11.50 (day shift) and 12.42 (night shift) they also told you in the training that they are flexible if you to school and isn't true, because once you are working they told you they can't change your schedule.
