Pros

big working desks, right opposite the tube, in London, the Leon muffin is good, everyone has a chair, the Pret A Manger is okay, printer can be fast,

Cons

Managers are extremely incompetent. They got to where they are through brown nosing instead of actual skills. Especially some "team lead" in European offices, who only earns despise instead of true respect from colleagues. They fancy themselves as successful as a "lead". However they don't know that all team members laugh at them from behind for a reason.

Pros

I learnt a lot - mainly about how to stick up for myself in the face of manipulative and incompetent management. I also met a lot of great people there and we bonded over our mutual hatred and suffering.

Cons

Terrible opportunities for growth; extremely high turnover means no one ever knows what they are doing; bad relationships between different departments; dishonest management; no respect for the workers rights or the employees

Pros

Colleagues were really nice, friendly and hard working people.

Cons

There are so many cons it is hard to know where to begin. I could write an essay on this, but I will not waste anymore time over this company: - Very long hours - Childish senior management and especially team leads - All employees are very stressed and it impacts the general mood of the office - A system where there is a very strong blaming culture, therefore you constantly receive negative feedback even when issues are not your fault. - Enormous workload - Absolutely clueless account managers, who have no idea of what project managers do and force them to work with ridiculous rates and deadlines. - Very professional linguists forced to work with ridiculously low rates and tight deadlines I was offered various opportunities to progress my career in this company, but as every valid and smart employee I left before becoming miserable and underpaid
