-All the management cares about is money. They do not treat you like human but like a robot. Each month there is a report showing how much money the company gained based on your work and it is the only factor taken into consideration during evaluation. Only quantity counts, they turn a blind eye to the quality!
-Ridiculously low salaries as for Amsterdam - lot of unpaid overtime hours
-Management has no clue how to manage both the company and people
-Unpaid overtime everyday. If you leave the office after 8 hours which you have in the contract, you may be accued of demotivating the team.
-TLs have no people management background
-Do not take for granted everything you are told during the onboarding. Even you you follow the rules and policies, managers are not respecting them
-You will take part in a rotation program meaning each employee is obliged to stay longer for a week and clean up the kitchen after work. By the way cleaning service is paid only for once a week so please expect emails to CLEAN TOILETS.
-Very high turnover
- Empty alcohol bottles in the kitchen, next to the rubbish bin, is the usual Monday morning landscape
