Micro managed, have to follow one process, no freedom to go outside this process. Zero creativity. Very bad unprofessional higher manager who makes fun of people.

None - even the workspace in New York is awful.

Cons

They can and will use you and prey on your trust and faith in them to be good and have your best interest at heart. Management has no idea how anything functions on a day to day level and continually pushes for more work with fake promises of promotions and the ability to move. If it's not in writing it's not going to happen. These are the slimiest people to work with.
