      Reporting safety issues is really easy Saturdays are scheduled a whole year in advance Diversity is encouraged here Training is very simple and easy to understand There's a clear and transparent pay scale Each area has a clear standard work Trainers are bilingual in Spanish and English Improvements are made constantly There's monthly meetings where employees can voice concerns There's 2 week vacation and 1 week PTO The employer contributes to your HSA plus a 6%match on 401k

      Cons

      It's monotonous Breaks are 2 10 minutes and 1 20 minutes Unless you go into team leader ship higher paying scales are inaccessible

      Pros

      Good experience on ACMV, Cleaning, Electrical, Overhaul, O&M, Data Analysis and many others. All time best work life balance except for stand by duty period. Good for those with families. Can have company van vehicle and sponsored petrol. Mobile claim inclusive too.

      Cons

      Low salary range for Engineers, working 24/7 for a week per month with sleeping disorder issues, Engineers might have to work over OT hours for free during stand by, doing jobs not related to your department and have to entertain customer to help solve issues, not many social activities, a lot foreigners or converted to Singaporean, not many overseas job opportunities.
