      Pros

      Level of knowledge requirement. Training Availability. Allows employees to work with standard supervision. Safe & respectfull work environment.

      Cons

      In order to complete sales/installation completion - overtime is much required. Not much balance between personal/job time. In the name of "productivity" they sometimes push workers beyond their capacity. Very budget conscious almost "penny-pinchers"

      The human resources at Trane are very catty. It's like you are back in middle school. The girls talk about everyone.
