An individual gets plenty of chances for self development. during your work you get chance to learn really intrusting and new things. within team and outside team understanding is great, will feel a friendly environment.

Cons

Company being established outside city (bidadi industrial area, bangalore) it takes a lot time in traveling. we didn't get much food options over there.

Cutbacks and hiring freezes • Difficult to achieve a work / life balance. The inability to replace people requires the work to be distributed to those who are left (particularly those considered high performers). Most salaried individuals are working 50-80 hour weeks. • In most areas, talented and highly competent individuals are rendered ineffective due to increased responsibilities. They are simply spread too thin. Lack of training Outdated / ineffective business operating systems – updates/changes are nearly impossible.

Well compensated for work. Taught job functions well, but still given the freedom to decide what the best way I felt to get the job done was.

Cons

HR department were not the most personable people in the office. Not given very specific feed back on wether or not I was preforming my job well.
