Good job for experience in HVAC gaining for young people, but not for such long time

I wanted to increase my working efficiency by using 2 LCD monitors, this was rejected by my closest boss and colleague. My other small innovations-tries had the same result. I considered it as result of my younger age inbetween older colleagues. I was truly dissatisfied by this. Internal working system (softwares, CRM) was not in compliance with efficient, time saving work, that´s disaster. No WIN-WIN cooperations many times, changing into win-loose, or loose-loose solutions . Company team-work rules reality is not similar with proclaimed methods. Bad Job for you if you want to : - Improve your efficiency in actual work - Suggesting of :new process improving implemetations , you see necessity to implement more utilizatonal functions in internal software tools =you will be dissatisfied - Don´t like to waste your time with long and useless meetings at least once a week
