      Love Trane but do not love the RTW mandates

      Pros

      Trane has been an amazing company with great teams and culture. Always supported work life balance but I’m scared that may change. Always opportunities for new roles as they like to hire internally

      Cons

      I have been remote since I started at Trane and they now are forcing return to work mandates 4 days a week. I think this really is going to put a strain on our culture and work life balance. Another con would be senior leadership. It feels like they’re always being replaced or switched around. No one has a streamlined goal which makes it hard on employees.

      Recently have been noticing some changes in the way of treating employees especially since they did not perform very well this year forcing people to come to office and not being very considerate of employees
