      Pros

      Good location, predictable hours, office was quite low on in-office politics or drama. Compensation was reasonable.

      Cons

      The quick-to-follow approach for technology development meant that the company will never be a leader in its field until they ditch that approach. Entrenched management. Movement within the company was not common outside of the management pipeline. Could be very impersonal.
