      Pros

      Good product overall , a bit expensive.

      Cons

      some regional managers have other agendas in mind, rather than letting the salespeople flurish, they look after their bonus instead. you bring in new customers and then they dont need you anymore. You might be better off to look at office staff position rather then sales.

      I worked at IRST for over three years as a security technician. Was laid off when the economy went bust.

      Pros

      Technicians were pretty much allowed to run their own job with minor interference from PMs. Union benefits were OK.

      Cons

      Upper office had no idea what they were doing. Tried to save money with foolish decisions and gave up on what could have been lucrative deals with specific customers simply because the relationship had been soured.
