      Pros

      Better benefits than others, fair Paid Time Off, great location, good working conditions, concerned about safety, competetive pay for employees

      Cons

      Some arrogant employees, lack of communication to employees about training and procedures or change of policies. Terrible company software (BAAN).

      Pros

      Salary and benefits are good. IR has decent product development programs. A lot of bright people. Some good products.

      Cons

      The re-org in 2007 was very poor and has created an extremely disfunctional company. Very little chance to advance. The Air side of the business is the dominant driver in the I.T. sector. Other businesses don't work in their model, and resource preference is always given there.

      Pros

      The company has the culture of a smaller company despite its size. Management seems genuine. Pay for sales is pretty high compared to the industry standard from what I hear. The company has good people for the most part.

      Cons

      It is difficult to progress from a sales position into other areas in the company or transfer to other offices. There is little career development from an entry position in sales. The only option for upward mobility is to become a sales manager after 10 years, which comes with a pay cut. From there, it is possible to move into higher level positions.
